The practice of mindfulness
The practice of mindfulness is one of sustaining purposeful attention in four domains, known as the four foundations of mindfulness: boldiy activity, feelings-sensations, mental contents, and states of mind. This workshop will share a personal experience to relate the integrative discussions of mindfulness and EMDR found in other portions of the day's program.
