Performance enhancement strategies: EMDR and mindfulness
Performance enhancement strategies apply to career, sports, and the performing arts. For EMDR practioners who are familiar with mindfulness, performance enhancement can be taken to a new level. Participants will learn new techniques for developing and accessing flow states, for dismantling self defeating beliefs and paralyzing emotional states that interfere with optimal performance, and for maintaining awareness in the present during performances.
